  • Ensure compliance with ADA, life-safety, FGI, and healthcare-specific requirements
  • Collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, PT leadership, and surgical operations to tailor designs to specialty needs
  • Prepare presentation materials, design boards, and digital models for leadership and stakeholder review
  • Conduct site visits, field measurements, and construction administration as required
  • Work closely with contractors, equipment planners, and vendors throughout project execution

As we expand, we're seeking a Registered Architect who thrives in healthcare environments and is passionate about designing functional, modern, patient-centered spaces.

As our Architect, you will lead the interior planning and design for a range of healthcare project types, including:

  • Orthopedic clinics and exam spaces
  • Physical therapy and rehabilitation facilities
  • Procedure and surgical suite environments
  • Administrative and clinical support areas

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to design for clinical efficiency, patient flow, accessibility, and regulatory compliance within healthcare interiors.

What We're Looking For
