Full Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic leader who is passionate about driving teams to succeed while producing tangible results? The Regional Vice President role could be for you. This multi-unit field leadership role is responsible for more than 100 centers and over $100M in revenue. You will lead, coach, and develop up to 14 District Managers and be held accountable for achieving results through others.

When you join our team as a Regional Vice President you will:

  • Support and elevate District Leader (DL) talent in the areas of engagement, succession planning, and development of high potential leaders
  • Implement strategic initiatives throughout your region focused on customer retention and acquisition, customer service, and quality child care and education
  • Ensure regional profitability; drive revenue growth and expense control while managing challenging issues such as labor costs, collection of receivables, etc.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all state (licensing and other) authorities and community contacts. Remain abreast of national and professional trends and standards for delivering high quality children's programs. Take proactive approach with regard to government relations.


Requirements:
  • At least 5-7 years of experience managing exempt level employees
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Possess broad knowledge of multi-site management and operations of similar size and scope.
  • Proven experience turning around under-performing markets and increasing revenue across a region
  • Significant profitable P&L, budget, and financial accountability and revenue-generation experience required.
  • Communicates clearly and persuasively; ability to influence and get alignment in a highly matrixed environment
  • Ability to travel up to 70%.
