Position SummaryTech Systems is seeking an experienced operations leader from the electronic security, security integration, low-voltage, access control, or video surveillance industry to lead service operations and technical teams within an assigned territory.
This role is responsible for managing technicians and project managers, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational performance, supporting preventative maintenance programs, and driving customer retention and growth.
What You'll Do:- Lead, coach, and develop field technicians and project managers.
- Manage service delivery, scheduling, and territory operations.
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs and service agreements.
- Ensure customer systems remain properly maintained and supported.
- Monitor operational performance, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to identify upgrade and service opportunities.
- Manage staffing, performance management, and employee development.
- Maintain inventory, documentation, and reporting within company systems.
- Promote a culture focused on safety, accountability, and customer service.
What You'll Bring:- 5+ years of experience in the electronic security, security integration, low-voltage, access control, video surveillance, or related technology services industry.
- Experience leading technical teams, field operations, service teams, or project teams.
- Strong understanding of security systems technologies and IP-based systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications- Management experience within the security integration industry.
- Manufacturer certifications related to access control, video surveillance, networking, or security systems.
- OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain within one year).
