Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory sales strategies focused on aftermarket retrofits, rebuilds, modernizations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
Identify opportunities within the installed equipment base to improve productivity, efficiency, reliability, safety, and product quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding engagement with key decision makers throughout customer organizations.
Conduct customer equipment assessments, site visits, and operational reviews to identify lifecycle upgrade opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering, service, product management, and project management teams to develop customized technical solutions.
Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through proposal development, negotiation, contract award, and project handoff.
Develop and present business cases, ROI analyses, and value propositions supporting customer investment in retrofit and modernization projects.
Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of large capital aftermarket opportunities within assigned territory.
Prepare forecasts, sales reports, and opportunity updates using Salesforce CRM.
Support proposal development, scope definition, commercial reviews, and contract negotiations.
Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events to promote aftermarket solutions.
Deliver assigned revenue, margin, and bookings objectives consistent with annual business plans.

Education and Experience
