5-7 years of outside sales experience in heavy equipment or heavy truck industry
Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and data management
Strong understanding of the full sales cycle from quote to delivery
Experience working with government agencies and municipalities
Mechanical aptitude or relevant experience in heavy equipment environment
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Regional Sales Manager (RSM) - Heavy Truck & Equipment
Territory: Central to Western, South Carolina
About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager sells heavy-duty trucks and equipment to municipal customers in Central to Western South Carolina, building relationships and traveling throughout the territory to demonstrate products and meet customer needs.
What You'll Do
Responsible for all sales activities (full cycle) within assigned territory with a focus on increasing sales year over year in alignment with established targets
Collaborate and work effectively with the Inside Sales team for administrative and customer support
Collaborate with the service and parts teams to provide exceptional customer experience
Effectively manage current customer accounts
Prospect, build and maintain new customer relationships throughout the territory
Provide demonstrations and training as required to effectively represent the product lines represented within the territory
Attend industry events, training or tradeshows to ensure up-to-date knowledge on our products and to represent the company in the industry
Prepare forecasts and reports related to assigned territory
Utilize CRM to capture customer and sales data as required by internal processes
Complete additional requirements as assigned in support of business goals

What You Bring
