Regional Sales Manager - Northeast

We are seeking a driven, high-energy Regional Sales Manager to grow and develop our dealer network throughout the Northeast. This is a field-driven sales role focused on building strong dealer relationships, growing existing accounts, developing new business, and converting competitive opportunities.

This position may be based within the Northeast territory or out of our Jacksonville, Florida office and requires approximately 50% travel throughout the assigned region.

The right candidate is comfortable owning a large geographic territory, building relationships with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities, asking for the business, and turning relationships into measurable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Territory & Dealer Growth
Own sales performance across the territory. Develop strong relationships with dealer principals and key decision-makers while growing revenue, margin, share of wallet, and product penetration within existing accounts.

New Business Development
Prospect and develop new dealers, identify competitive conversion opportunities, and build a healthy pipeline of new business.

Field Sales Execution
Conduct purposeful dealer visits focused on identifying customer needs, introducing new products and programs, overcoming objections, and closing business.

Opportunity Management & Follow-Up
Maintain disciplined follow-up on dealer visits, quotes, product trials, and commitments. Partner closely with Business Development Managers and internal teams to move opportunities from conversation to order.
