Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Success: Regularly engage with sales consultants to monitor progress and provide support, ensuring they meet established targets.
- Optimize Sales Processes: Ensure all sales consultants utilize the company's CXP selling process and digital tools like our customer management system for tracking activities and performance.
- Navigate Negotiations: Provide expert guidance and solutions for challenging sales negotiations, helping sales consultants close deals effectively.
- Innovate Traffic Strategies: Collaborate with sales consultants to develop creative strategies that attract potential customers and increase foot traffic.
- Leverage Market Insights: Work with sales consultants to gather and analyze competitor and market data, using this information to enhance sales strategies.
- Strengthen Outreach: Enhance the Realtor Broker Outreach program by building strong relationships with local realtors and brokers, increasing referrals and community engagement.
- Foster Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with all departments to ensure alignment and support in achieving overall business objectives.
- Build a Talented Team: Lead or assist in recruiting, training, and retaining sales consultants, implementing effective retention strategies to maintain a motivated team.
- Enhance Performance: Provide constructive feedback and coaching based on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and creating development plans.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high standards of customer service through the KB Edge business model, promptly addressing and resolving customer service issues.
What You Bring- High School Diploma or Equivalent (required); Four Year College Degree (preferred).
- Valid Real Estate Salesperson License (required); Broker License (preferred).
- 3+ years proven sales management experience.
- Experience in home building or a related industry is preferred.
- Action-oriented with a strong drive to achieve defined sales and marketing goals.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, develop employees, manage conflicts, and troubleshoot underperforming areas.
- Proven ability to seek solutions from the customer's perspective and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts accurately and persuasively.
- Proven ability to lead effective training sessions and conduct compelling oral presentations.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team and build professional relationships, valuing others' ideas and cooperating willingly.
- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions informed by facts, data, and metrics, while leveraging a deep understanding of market and industry trends.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with customer relationship management software.
Requirements- Ability to work a flexible schedule on a consistent basis, including evenings, weekend and holidays

Compensation Details and BenefitsKB Home offers a competitive base pay. The expected base pay range for this position is based on experience and is noted below, paid semi-monthly. This position is also eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus program.
