About the Role: The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for growing the Charlotte Products brand and facilitating profitable sales growth within existing and new distribution partners, as well as end-user customers. In this role, key areas of focus and responsibility involve expertise and research in this industry, market, and sales trends combined with continued development and execution of sales plan strategies. The RSM serves as the primary contact for the customer decision-makers and leads all functions of the sales process and experience for new and potential customers.
Territory: Eastern Canada
Reports to: Director of Sales - Canada
Key Responsibilities: - Formulate and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on expanding market share and maximizing revenue through distributor channels.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, providing them with support, training, and resources to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Plan and coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to support distributor sales efforts.
- Participate and present end-user education training sessions, seminars, and virtual events.
- Transfer industry knowledge to sales-related end-users (retail locations, order desk, marketing members, service technicians, sales representatives, management).
What You Bring:- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of sales experience in a B2B manufacturing environment. Experience within the janitorial/sanitation, chemical, or facilities sectors would be an asset.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required
- Demonstrated proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace, with the ability to use these tools effectively for pipeline management, reporting, forecasting, and customer engagement.
- Superb interpersonal skills, negotiating skills, and financial acumen.
- A valid drivers' license and the ability to travel regularly for work.

The role- Location: Ottawa, Ontario
- Base Salary Range: $80,000 to $95,000 annually
- Variable compensation: Commission plan eligibility
- Vacation: Starting at 3 weeks
