What you will do

  • Conducts thorough research and proactively follows up on qualified leads to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring comprehensive tracking of all hospice prospects within the designated territory.
  • Reviews and understands client contracts, including terms, renewal dates, and service amendments. Collaborates with clients to negotiate favorable agreements and renewals, ensuring optimal service delivery while meeting company profitability goals.
  • Cultivates strong relationships with leadership and key decision-makers in hospice organizations, driving the closure of new business opportunities and expanding the company's market presence.
  • Engages with clients and attends industry conferences to develop, strengthen, and maintain multiple relationships across corporate, regional, and local levels, while introducing the full range of services offered by Dragonfly Health and generating new leads.
  • Provides regular, detailed status reports through the company's contact management system to track progress and performance.
  • Creates and presents persuasive proposals to key decision-makers, negotiating and securing contracts that result in mutually beneficial solutions for both clients and the company.
