Position Summary: The Regional Sales Director is responsible for driving sales growth and performance across an assigned region through effective leadership, team development, and strategic market expansion. This role leads and develops Sales Managers and their teams, establishes performance expectations, and ensures consistent execution of sales initiatives across the region. The Regional Sales Director builds strong partnerships with key referral sources and clinical stakeholders, identifies opportunities for business growth, and works cross-functionally to remove barriers and strengthen market performance. This role is accountable for achieving regional sales goals while maintaining a strong focus on exceptional patient outcomes and a seamless patient experience. Experience:

Experience in, DME (mobility related), Complex Rehab Technology or medical devices strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple sales teams, territories, or locations.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Experience hiring, developing, coaching, and retaining high-performing sales professionals.
Demonstrated ability to manage through both strong and underperforming teams.
Education & Certification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
ATP certification strongly preferred.
Candidates without an ATP certification may be considered if they possess significant Mobility DME, CRT or related industry experience and demonstrate strong clinical and technical aptitude.
