The Regional Rehab Director (RRD) is responsible for providing resources, training and support to facility rehabilitation departments in order to maximize patient outcomes, improve facility reputation, promote professional visibility and ensure regulatory compliance. Candidate must understand reimbursement systems that drive the long term care industry.
Essential duties and responsibilities include fiscal management, clinical management and human resource management.

All candidates must be graduates from an accredited school in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology and hold a valid Louisiana license.
