$106,670.15 - $133,337.69

Role Overview

The Regional Quality Manager leads quality strategy, Quality Management Systems, and continuous improvement across multiple Advanced Materials manufacturing sites. This role drives consistent quality standards, operational performance, supplier and customer quality, and product quality throughout the product lifecycle. The position partners cross-functionally to strengthen quality processes, resolve systemic issues, and establish a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the regional manufacturing network. Success in this role requires strong quality leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to translate quality strategies into measurable operational and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional quality strategies, objectives, Quality Management Systems, policies, and standardized processes across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Lead continuous improvement and Total Quality Management initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and other quality methodologies to improve quality and operational performance.
  • Drive quality throughout the product lifecycle, from new product development through customer delivery, while establishing and monitoring customer, supplier, reliability, and cost-of-quality metrics.
  • Lead internal, external, customer, and certification audits and oversee root cause investigations and corrective and preventive action processes.
  • Partner with Supply Chain to manage supplier quality performance, supplier audits, and improvement initiatives while addressing supplier-related quality issues.
  • Oversee customer quality activities, including complaints, returns, investigations, and corrective actions, to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Standardize quality practices across the regional manufacturing network and train, coach, and develop site quality personnel while partnering cross-functionally to strengthen a culture of quality and accountability.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification and Lean Manufacturing experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, auditing, supplier quality, process improvement, and statistical analysis.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
