What You'll Do:- Lead SPOT procurement operations for indirect materials, service, and all commodities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier partnerships
- Drive cost reduction, working capital improvement, and supply continuity
- Manage contracts, supplier performance, quality, and risk mitigation
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team of 6
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational and financial objectives
Qualifications Required:- Four year degree in Business, Engineering or Economics
- 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience in manufacturing and 2 years of supervisory experience
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiations, supplier management, and category strategies
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- ERP experience (SAP preferred)
- Ability to lead negotiations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- CPSM, CPM, or related certification preferred
