  • Maintain high standards for customer communication and operational efficiency while balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

This leadership role combines team development, operational oversight, and customer service to ensure a smooth repair experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of estimators while helping new team members succeed.
  • Oversee daily front office operations and maintain efficient workflows.
  • Partner closely with production leadership to ensure seamless communication between departments.
  • Review vehicle damage, prepare repair plans, and utilize estimating software.
  • Document vehicle condition through photos and administrative documentation.
  • Prepare total loss estimates when applicable.
  • Help maintain high standards for customer communication, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while keeping the customer experience at the forefront.

The pay range for this role is:

100,000 - 150,000 USD per year (Overland Park, KS)
