Regional Nurse Consultant (RN)

$145,000-$160,000 | Massachusetts & Connecticut | Multi-Site Skilled Nursing

We're seeking an experienced Regional Nurse Consultant (RN) to partner with our skilled nursing communities across Massachusetts and Connecticut. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll mentor Directors of Nursing, strengthen clinical operations, drive quality outcomes, and help our teams deliver exceptional, resident-centered care.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with Directors of Nursing to elevate clinical performance and resident outcomes.
  • Support survey readiness, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze clinical data and identify opportunities to improve CMS Five-Star performance.
  • Coach, develop, and mentor nursing leaders across multiple communities.
  • Lead clinical turnarounds and support operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic clinical initiatives and workforce planning.

What You'll Bring
  • Current RN license with eligibility to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
  • Five or more years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
  • At least three years of successful Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, quality measures, and long-term care operations.
  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to coach, influence, and inspire teams.
