Ontario Health is building a more connected, equitable, and patient-centred health system. Achieving this vision requires exceptional clinical leaders who can bridge strategy and frontline care, inspire collaboration, and drive meaningful improvements for patients, providers, and communities.
Ontario Health has six regional teams, including the North East and North West Regions, that coordinate and direct health care planning, funding and delivery, and drive improved performance, value and experience, ensuring equitable access to high-quality health care.
As the Regional Medical Director, you’ll play an important role connecting health care networks to deliver quality care across a large geographic area. You will influence regional and provincial priorities, lead complex cross-sector initiatives, strengthen relationships across the health system, and champion innovative approaches that improve outcomes for patients and communities.
