Summary :
The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering scaled marketing solutions across all marketing departments, including Web, CRM, Operations, Planning, Digital Marketing, Mobile Applications, and Memberships. This role will support the Chief Marketing Officer and other senior leaders to develop and execute marketing strategy and lead generating initiatives. Ideal candidates for this role will have previously been responsible for direct-to-customer lead generation projects, while also analyzing the data to adjust accordingly.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with the company's marketing objectives, target audience, and budget.
- Collaborate with agency partners to plan and execute a media channel plan (offline and online) with the optimal budget distributions.
- Manage and continually evaluate agencies against defined metrics; reevaluate as needed.
- Manage and optimize print advertising campaigns, including newspaper ads, magazine placements, brochures, and direct mail.
- Manage and optimize digital spend • SEM and SEO.
- Develop creative materials to fulfill the media plan that align with the brand positioning strategy.
- Partner with field marketing teams to design, execute, and optimize email campaigns
- Partner with the call center to 1) keep them informed of all ongoing promotions and brand promises and 2) leverage CSR outbound activity for lead gen as needed.
- Develop local marketing strategies.
- Manage and track the budget for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost effectiveness and a strong return on investment.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely with the marketing team, creative agencies, vendors, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive marketing strategy.
- Develop trusted relationships with General Managers that make them feel they are being taken care of.
- Build relationships with agencies to engender a partnership culture while holding them accountable for results.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Exceptional creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
