Qualifications

• 5-7 years of regional management experience in multifamily property management
• Strong track record of managing multiple properties and leading effective teams
• Robust financial skills in budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation
• Proven ability in improving occupancy rates, collections, and tenant retention
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication capabilities
• Analytical mindset for problem-solving and developing actionable plans
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software preferred
• Willingness to travel frequently within the portfolio
• Preferred industry certifications (CAM, CPM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a group of value-add multifamily properties
• Coach and develop Community Managers and their teams
• Drive efforts to enhance occupancy, collections, and overall property performance
• Analyze financial statements, budgets, and key performance metrics
• Identify and implement strategies to improve NOI and operational efficiency
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and fair housing regulations
• Conduct property inspections to uphold the quality of assets and curb appeal
• Support recruitment, training, and succession planning initiatives
• Partner with leadership on strategic growth and acquisition planning.
