Location: Roswell, GA (hybrid, onsite 3 days/week)
About the Role We are seeking a Regional Logistics Manager to oversee logistics, supply chain operations, and distribution for our Polymers & Coatings (Carbonates) division. This position manages P&L responsibilities, drives actionable KPIs, and optimizes transportation across multiple modes.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee regional logistics operations, supply chain management, and distribution strategy.
- Manage full P&L responsibilities for regional logistics operations.
- Implement and track actionable KPIs to continuously improve efficiency and service quality.
- Manage transportation and warehousing across trucking, rail, and maritime shipping modes.
- Ensure a strong customer-centric focus while balancing economic and analytical requirements.
- Lead successful onboarding processes and team leadership initiatives.
Requirements- Experience: 5+ years of management-level experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and multi-dataset analysis.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of multimodal transportation (trucking, rail, maritime, and warehousing).

- Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset with high flexibility and attention to detail.
- Measured and impartial approach to leadership.
- Ability to travel 15%-25% as needed.
