OverviewKey Rehab is looking for a
full-time Regional Director to join the team in
Sergeant Bluff, IA in a post-acute care setting.
Education:• Required: Completion of an accredited OT, OTA, PT, PTA, or SLP program
Experience:• Required: Prior interdisciplinary team collaboration experience in the post-acute care and outpatient settings
• Preferred: Experience leading or supervising clinical team members in a healthcare environment.
Licenses/Certificates:• Required: Current OT, OTA, PT, PTA, or SLP license to practice in the state(s) assigned
• Required: SLP Only: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Required: Valid driver's license and car insurance as required by state law.

- Flexibility and Team Collaboration: Adaptable to changing situations and committed to working seamlessly within a team environment.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding oral and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
- Experience with Geriatric Population: Prior experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs.
- Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations: Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.
ResponsibilitiesThe Regional Director is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of operations for an assigned geographic region. This includes responsibility for personnel development, assigned patient treatments, and customer and staff satisfaction. The Regional Director will also monitor financial and clinical reports to meet budgeted expectations and provide the highest quality services to our patients and clients.
