Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Regional Director of Health Services or similar multi-site clinical leadership role in senior living.
• Active RN license with multistate (compact) licensure.
• Ability to travel extensively across the region, with residence within one hour of a major airport.
• A reliable personal vehicle for travel purposes.
• Residence in New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, or Montana strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations across six newly acquired communities to ensure compliance and quality care.
• Partner with Executive Directors and community clinical teams to support regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Drive clinical excellence and consistency across multiple sites in the region.
• Develop and implement staff development programs to enhance team performance.
• Oversee clinical systems to ensure quality outcomes and effective service delivery.
