Location: REMOTE (based out of New York City metro or surrounding)

Job Summary

As a Regional Director, you will lead and inspire a team of Area & District Managers to drive business growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences across your region. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with corporate teams to deliver on strategic initiatives while fostering a culture of development, inclusion, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do

  • Lead the regional team by setting clear business goals, driving strong performance, and coaching Area & District Managers to lead their markets.

  • Analyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities, close performance gaps, and maximize profitability.

  • Direct the development and execution of strategic initiatives with Area & District Managers to resolve challenges, optimize operations, and ensure overall business success.

  • Collaborate with RVP and business partners across Human Resources, Merchandising, Planning and Allocation, Marketing, Store Operations, Real Estate, and Loss Prevention to execute division-wide initiatives.

  • Manage talent development through regular coaching, feedback, and succession planning in partnership with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition.

  • Collaborate on the strategic planning and execution of new store growthwithin the region, including market analysis, site selection input, and cross-functional coordination to support and align with overall company expansion goals.

  • Lead recruitment and staffing strategies to build a strong pipeline of skilled, passionate brand ambassadors.

  • Drive consistent execution of training programs and support career growth opportunities within the region.

Who You Are

Required:

  • 10+ years of multi-level retail management experience with proven success in meeting business goals.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to inspire teams, and tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

  • Proficiency with retail technology tools and data-driven decision making.

  • Skilled at navigating change, resolving conflicts calmly, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with corporate teams in Human Resources, Merchandising, Planning and Allocation, Marketing, Store Operations, and Loss Prevention to execute division-wide initiatives.

  • Ability to travel regularly to stores and manage operations on the ground.

Preferred:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary Range: $152,800.00 - $201,400.00
