Position Summary:Job Description:Regional Director (Physical Therapist License)Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy
Roanoke and Charlottesville, VA Markets (Remote with Travel to Clinics Required)
Compensation- $120,000 to $145,000 per year (based on number of clinics supported, experience, etc.)
- This position is also eligible for: Regional Director bonus
Position Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program required.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist within the respective state required.
- 5+ years of proven dedication and leadership experience in a multi-site outpatient care setting.
- Passion for leadership, mentoring others, and fostering success.
- Strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
