You AreAs a Red Hat Americas practice specialist, you will be a key member of our technology team, collaborating with leading experts to solve our clients' most complex challenges across our 5 Industry groups. (FS, Products, CMT, Resources, H&PS). Your role will focus on driving large-scale infrastructure transformations by leveraging Red Hat's Platforms and industry best practices.

The WorkSolution Architecture & Design- Lead end-to-end Red Hat solution architecture across Infrastructure platform functions.
- Design scalable and sustainable solutions aligned with business objectives and Infrastructure transformation strategies.
- Define data models, planning hierarchies, control frameworks, and integration architecture.
- Establish technical standards, design principles, and implementation best practices.
Business Consulting & Stakeholder Management- Partner with client leadership and business process owners to understand requirements and translate them into Red Hat solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, process assessments, and solution blueprinting sessions.
- Advise stakeholders on supply chain planning processes and industry best practices.
- Drive executive-level discussions regarding transformation opportunities and roadmap development.
Implementation Leadership- Lead Red Hat implementation and enhancement projects throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Oversee configuration, solution development, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Provide guidance to functional consultants, developers, and project teams.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
Integration & Data Management- Define integrations between Red Hat and their top Ecosystem partners such as Nvidia, AWS, Azure, Google, Dell, etc.
- Collaborate with data engineering and integration teams to ensure reliable and accurate data flows.
- Support master data governance and data quality initiatives.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement- Evaluate new Red Hat opportunities for automation, AI-driven planning, and advanced analytics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning performance and user adoption.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need:- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Infrastructure Planning and Technology implementations.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on Infrastructure management and advanced planning systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Red Hat Platforms.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience leading large-scale Infrastructure transformation programs.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience and strong understanding of planning processes and Infrastructure operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Operations, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Operations, (or related field) or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
