Job Position Summary:

The Recruiting / Services Sourcing Lead will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our continued growth and success. They will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to attract top talent.
• Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to actively source qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, incorporating insights into recruitment strategies and practices.
• Provide guidance to junior members of the recruitment team.
• Performs other tasks and duties as required by team leaders to support and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

• Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills developed from experience building rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Professional certification in recruitment preferred but not required.
