We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Recruiting Marketing Manager to lead the execution and measurement of national recruiting marketing campaigns that attract qualified talent and positions the Company as a global employer of choice. This role works collaboratively with leaders across Marketing, Operations, HR, Engineering and Sales to engage with qualified candidates through an integrated marketing approach.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive recruiting marketing strategy to reach targeted groups of potential employees through multiple touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with departments within the company to ensure recruiting marketing strategies align with hiring priorities and workforce planning needs.
  • Develop impactful, on-brand recruiting programs that support employer value propositions and candidate engagement.
  • Develop and manage a recruiting marketing calendar to ensure campaign timing aligns with business hiring demands.

Campaign Development & Channel Management
  • Design and execute integrated recruiting marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels including streaming and podcasting, social media, career websites and email marketing.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for recruiting marketing ensuring consistent global messaging and alignment among the Global Marketing Team throughout the candidate journey.
  • Establish best practices for integrating employer brand messaging across all recruiting marketing efforts.

Digital & Content Ownership
  • Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of the company's career site and all recruiting content.
  • Ensure recruiting digital experiences are engaging, user-friendly and optimized to generate qualified candidate leads.

Candidate Lead Generation & Analytics
  • Develop and manage a closed-loop candidate lead generation and tracking process using the Company's reporting platform.
  • Establish consistent candidate lead generation KPIs, success metrics, and reporting standards.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance and effectiveness of recruiting marketing programs.

Operations & Project Management
  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging recruiting marketing tactics, technologies, and platforms to continuously improve candidate reach and engagement.
  • Manage recruiting marketing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure initiatives are executed on time and within scope.
  • Drive continuous improvement by applying insights from performance data and market trends.


Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources , Communications or related field, along with 5-7 years related experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience developing and managing budgets.

This is an on-site role at our New Bremen, OH location.
