What You'll Do:- Source top talent for high-demand roles in construction & restoration (PMs, Estimators, Supers, GCs, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Use creative tools, platforms, and strategies to fill open positions fast
- Own your desk and run it like your business - your hustle = your paycheck

Ideal Candidate Has:- Construction, Architecture and Restoration industry experience preferred
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (construction industry knowledge is a huge plus!)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A "get it done" mindset and a thick skin
- Motivation to grow with a startup-minded, performance-based agency
