Overview

Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP is seeking a mid- to senior-level Real Estate Finance Associate to join its Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group. As an AmLaw100 firm, this is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice that manages a range of financial and real estate matters to a variety of clients.

A Day in the Life

The Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group focuses on real estate and finance matters throughout the United States, including senior, mezzanine, and equity financing, as well as acquisitions, dispositions, development, foreclosures, and workouts. The team represents lenders and commercial real estate developers in a variety of transactions across the United States.

We Know You

You have 3 to 7 years of meaningful commercial real estate finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders. You have strong writing, analytical and communication skills, as well as a positive attitude and a great work ethic. You have excellent academic credentials and are admitted to and in good standing with theState Bar of Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, and/or Texas.

 

At Nelson Mullins, we are dedicated to transparent and fair compensation practices. Pay for this position is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.

 

  • The salary/wage range for this position is $230,000 - $320,000 annually.
