The mission of the Facilities Department is to maintain and repair all Aritzia spaces to enable an everyday luxury environment.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Facilities team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for

As the Regional Facilities Manager, you will oversee day-to-day facilities management as well as engaging in best-in-class programs in space maintenance and repairs in your specific region. THE ROLE

As the Sr Manager/Manager, Facilities, you will:

• Guide the effective planning and upkeep of our physical spaces through structured maintenance strategies.
• Ensure spaces are maintained to the Aritzia standard, on time and for the right price.

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
