Full Job Description
We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to develop their business within the luxury market, work with buyers seeking exceptional properties, and earn rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for an agent who values professionalism, relationship building, market knowledge, and providing a high level of service throughout the buying experience.
You will learn how to work effectively with luxury buyers, understand their priorities, research properties, coordinate private showings, and provide valuable market insight throughout their search. As relationships develop, you will gain experience preparing offers, navigating negotiations, and helping clients make informed decisions from the first consultation through closing.
Working alongside experienced luxury real estate professionals, you will gain exposure to higher end properties and the communication, preparation, discretion, and attention to detail expected in this segment of the market. Coaching and proven systems will help you strengthen your buyer consultation, follow up, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
The focus is on becoming a trusted real estate resource while building relationships that can lead to repeat business and referrals. As your experience grows, you will develop the confidence, knowledge, and professional presence needed to establish a productive business within luxury real estate.
