- Guide clients effortlessly from initial consultation to successful home closing.
- Draft and negotiate high-impact transaction agreements backed by full admin assistance.
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience that generates steady repeat and referral business.
What We Are Looking For
- Active Real Estate License in Alberta (or in the final stages of completion).
- Drive & Passion for Sales: 1+ years in sales or real estate preferred, but high drive and coachability are essential.
- Valid Canadian driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and tech-forward mindset.
- Ability to thrive in an autonomous yet collaborative team environment.
