Full Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Associate/Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our litigation efforts, handling a diverse caseload, and contributing to the firm's growth and success.

Responsibilities:
  1. Case Management: Manage a caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  2. Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies, staying up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.
  3. Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates on case progress, advising on legal strategies, and addressing client concerns.
  4. Discovery: Assist in the discovery process, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for documents, and other discovery requests.
  5. Court Appearances: Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other court-related proceedings as necessary.
  6. Trial Preparation: Participate in trial preparation activities, including preparing witnesses, exhibits, and trial binders.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies and provide insights on legal issues.
  8. Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts by building and maintaining client relationships, attending networking events, and participating in marketing initiatives.
  9. Continuing Education: Stay informed about legal developments and trends through participation in relevant seminars, workshops, and training opportunities.
  10. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:
