Full Job Description
We have been retained by a top law firm in Boca Raton that has an immediate need for a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 0 - 5 years of experience in commercial and complex real estate transactions and financings. The successful candidate will have strong commercial transactional real estate and lending experience, strong communication skills, quality drafting experience, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work individually in an environment where drive and client service are valued and rewarded. Newly admitted Florida attorneys with a desire to be trained are also being considered for this position.

The Real Estate Group represents developers, investors, lenders and other parties in all areas of commercial and residential real estate. Projects include bulk acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing, acquisition and disposition of office buildings, retail, mixed use, residential and single tenant properties.

Responsibilities
  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial purchase and sale agreements.
  • Review and negotiate commercial loan documents.
  • Form corporate entities and draft operating agreements.
  • Review and analyze title commitments and surveys, underlying title documents, address title issues and satisfy title requirements.
  • Handle commercial and residential closings from contract drafting through closing.
  • Draft and negotiate commercial leases.
  • Work with clients on all aspects of due diligence.
  • Draft closing documents, estoppels, escrow agreements, closing instruction letters, SNDAs, CC&Rs, easements, and miscellaneous real estate related documents.

Compensation based on experience.
