Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C., a well-respected lawfirm based in Norfolk, Virginia, is seeking to add an Associate Attorney tojoin the firm's Secured Creditors' Rights practice. The Associate Attorney willcollaborate with the firm's other Virginia lawyers and the broader Secured Creditors'Rights department to deliver outstanding service to the firm's clients, whichinclude many of the nation's premier lenders and mortgage servicers. The firm'sSecured Creditors' Rights department represents various lenders and mortgageservicers in the recovery of defaulted loans secured by real estate throughoutVirginia by providing real estate foreclosure and related litigation andbankruptcy services. The applicant should have excellent communicationskills and be admitted to practice law in Virginia. Real estate, title,bankruptcy and/or litigation experience is a plus but not required. Salaryis commensurate with experience and ability. This employment opportunity isimmediate.

• Proficient with technology
• Knowledge of real estate, title, bankruptcy,and/or debt collection, a plus
• Courtroom experience (both motion practice andtrial) a plus
