Responsibilities- Work with buyers - consult, get signed agreements, and find them homes
- Work with sellers - win listings and market their homes
- Negotiate offers for your buyers and sellers
- Turn prospecting and lead gen into set appointments
- Host two open houses a month
- Complete PLACE Launch training
- Show up weekly: 1:1 coaching, team training, and Partner Call
Qualifications- Active Indiana real estate license
- Working knowledge of CRM and lead management systems (PLACE Technology a plus)
