Responsibilities- Convert inbound leads and work warm lead ponds
- Daily prospecting and follow-up to build predictable income
- Attend coaching and training sessions (scripts, business planning, accountability)
- Hold buyer and seller appointments
- Use our CRM and technology tools to stay organized and on track
- Participate in open houses and brand-building activities
Qualifications- Full-time only (no part-time or hobby agents)
- Goal-oriented - must want to earn $100k+
- Must be willing to get your WI real estate license
- Strong communication and people skills
- Coachable, driven, and comfortable with a commission-only structure
