In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
• Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
• Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
• Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
• Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

Required Skill and Experience Hands-on experience in UI development and enterprise web application design.
Strong expertise in React JS and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Telecom OSS Applications
Hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance web applications.
Strong experience implementing Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture for large-scale enterprise solutions.
Experience in Telecom OSS (Operations Support Systems) domain.
Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
Good experience in backend integration using Node JS and RESTful APIs.
Experience in defining reusable UI components, design systems, and frontend architecture standards.
Hands-on experience leveraging GitHub Copilot, Claude, and other GenAI tools to improve development productivity and code quality.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native application deployment.
Experience collaborating with architects, business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to independently analyse requirements, propose solutions, and guide development teams.
Experience in code reviews, technical mentoring, and enforcing development best practices.
Understanding of web application security, accessibility, and performance optimization techniques.
Exposure to Telecom Network Inventory, Provisioning, Service Assurance, or Fault Management systems will be an added advantage.

Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
