Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs a Radiologist at Mercy Radiology Group, you will be part of a large well-established 100% physician-owned practice of 80+ Radiologists based in Northern CA. You will read a wide range of modalities with the ability to provide expertise in a selected specialty if desired (Body, Breast, MSK, Neuro, Nuclear or Pediatrics).

- Opportunity will vary based on specialty and may include advanced outpatient imaging, ER/inpatient radiology, general radiology, and remote clinical work from home.

We are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires:
- Competitive Compensation: $550,000 with partnership profit distribution of approximately $100,000+. Total base annual partner compensation = $650,000-$700,000
- Significant opportunities for internal moonlighting, extra shifts, additional lucrative per-click compensation.
- $75,000 sign-on bonus (for full-time)
- Relocation bonus available

Job RequirementsRequired- Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to participate in general radiology is preferred.
