We are seeking a qualified Radiological Technologist for immediate placement in our Vascular Access Center , located in Chandler, AZ. The ideal candidate will [enter years of desired experience] experience in general diagnostic, and special procedures, cardiac catheterization; experience in IR and Cath Lab is a plus.
The Radiological Technologist will assist the clinical team with vascular access procedures, maintaining a sterile field and providing support during pre and post procedures . This is a challenging, fast-pace job with Monday to Friday schedule, NO nights and weekend shifts. Access Center hours Monday - Friday, 7 am to 4 pm. Employment at Lifeline Vascular Care is contingent on successful completion of pre-employment screening and background check. Responsibilities and Duties: - Assist clinical team with patient and procedure room preparation and post-procedure clean-up, operating the C-Arm, scrub-in for procedures, clean and sterilize tools and equipment
- Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of medical supplies
- Maintain radiology safety-monitoring procedures and may serve as the Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) for the center or Safety Officer
- Assist in scheduling patients for vascular access procedures and provide assistance in transporting patients within the center
- Participate in community education activities regarding access center

- State license and/or fluoroscopic permit to practice radiologic technology if required by state law
- Associates degree in science or successful completion of a formal educational program accepted by ARRT
- 1 year experience in general diagnostic, special procedures or cardiac catheterization
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardia Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic computer skills
