Hourly Pay Range:
$34.03 - $52.75 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position: Radiologic Technologist Lead
Location: Skokie, IL
Full Time/Part Time: Full time, 40 hours
Hours: M-F 7am-3:30pm
Required Travel: Yes, local
What you will do:
Perform radiographic exams/obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort.
Oversees the ortho suite and assists with ACC-B ortho workflow and efficiency.
- Ensure that patient experience is a priority and that the department is maintaining a level of professionalism.
- Stay on top of exam delays.
- Keeps track of trends in productivity.
- Be the contact person for the practice manager while maintaining a productive relationship with all employees in medical group.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of API/Radiant/Intelerad.
- Will perform tech evaluations.
- Make sure that all techs are up to date on licenses, CPR, DevelopU classes, and Flu shots.
What you will need:
License: IEMA licensing required
Education: Certificate or Associates degree from an accredited radiology program
Certification: CPRcertification required. ARRT registered.
Experience: 2-3 years of previous tech experience. Leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required
