Responsabilités
• Est responsable de la gestion et/ou de la coordination des plans de comptes pour un ou plusieurs comptes commerciaux stratégiques de grande envergure, en mettant l'accent sur la gestion du portefeuille en matière de valeur et/ou de volume ainsi que sur la vente d'une gamme de solutions et d'offres de l'organisation.
• Collabore avec les équipes de prévente et de vente interne afin de participer aux démarches commerciales et travaille avec les équipes internes, notamment le marketing, le développement de produits et le service à la clientèle, afin de proposer des solutions complètes et de répondre efficacement aux besoins des clients.
• Établit et entretient de solides relations avec les clients commerciaux et développe une compréhension approfondie de leurs besoins et défis commerciaux particuliers.
• Met en œuvre des activités et des stratégies de récupération des marges, avec une responsabilité complète selon la couverture du compte.
• Intervient efficacement afin d'améliorer les taux de réussite dans le cadre de certaines opportunités commerciales.
• Examine et élabore des politiques et des stratégies de vente afin d'atteindre les objectifs et les cibles de vente du secteur d'activité attribué.
• Gère le processus de planification des comptes au moyen d'examens et de mises à jour planifiés, identifie et développe des occasions de croissance, de ventes incitatives et de ventes croisées auprès des clients.
• Met à jour les opportunités dans les outils et processus de gestion du pipeline, et recommande et met en œuvre des pratiques de gestion du pipeline.
• Fournit du soutien aux clients et répond à leurs préoccupations ou problèmes de manière rapide et efficace. Agit comme principal point de contact pour les clients afin d'assurer une expérience client fluide et positive.
• Se tient informé des tendances du secteur, de la dynamique du marché et des activités des concurrents afin de mieux servir les clients et d'identifier de nouvelles occasions d'affaires potentielles.

Formation et expérience recommandées
• Diplôme universitaire de quatre ans ou diplôme d'études supérieures en vente, marketing, administration des affaires ou dans une discipline connexe, ou expérience professionnelle équivalente ou compétences démontrées.
• Possède généralement de 4 à 7 ans d'expérience professionnelle, de préférence en gestion de comptes, télémarketing, spécialisation de produits (ordinateurs, imprimantes, serveurs, stockage) ou dans un domaine connexe, ou un diplôme d'études supérieures accompagné de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle.

• Works with pre-sales and inside sales to participate in deal pursuit and with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to deliver comprehensive solutions and address customer needs effectively.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with commercial clients, develops a core understanding of their unique business needs and challenges.
• Implements margin recovery activities and strategies in full/ ownership depending on account coverage.
• Engages effectively to improve win rates on selective deals.
• Reviews and designs sales policies and strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives for the assigned business segment.
• Manages account planning process through scheduled reviews and updates, identifies and builds growth opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling to the clients.
• Updates opportunities in pipeline tools and processes, recommends, and implements pipeline management practices.
• Provides support to clients and address any concerns or issues they may have in a timely and effective manner. Acts as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in account management, tele sales, product specialty (computers, printers, servers, storage), or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $120,150 to $170,000 CAD annually with a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix. Pay within this range will be based on the review of experience, skills, and internal equity.

As a full time, employee of HP Canada, you will be eligible to participate in the company's group benefit programs, including medical, dental, life insurance, and disability coverage, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. During your employment term, you will receive 15 paid vacation days per year prorated based on your start date. Detailed information regarding benefits-will be provided upon hire and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
