Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5 years of Quality experience.
• Proficient in standard Microsoft software programs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the function.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the Quality Management System and processes to meet global standards.
• Collaborate with Sales to understand customer contracts and warranty requirements, partnering with Engineering and Operations on warranty return analyses.
• Outline, monitor, and improve Key Performance Indicators to ensure project performance and develop actionable plans.
• Work with the site quality team to identify and implement Quality performance enhancements, supporting corporate quality improvement projects.
• Implement the Claim Management Process, leading root-cause analyses and corrective actions for customer complaints.
• Analyze customer contracts with the Sales team to negotiate and mitigate risks effectively.
• Facilitate internal, external, and customer audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and foster continuous improvement.
• Participate in corporate Quality initiatives and training sessions to develop and execute process standards.
