Full Job Description
Supports a manufacturing facility with responsibility for quality system compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives across production operations.

Single-site responsibility with collaboration across regional and corporate quality functions as required.

Role responsibilities
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
Lead ISO 9001 compliance readiness activities.
Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal quality audits.
Support customer and external audits.
Manage CAPA process and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
Perform root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies.
Create and maintain inspection plans, procedures, and quality documentation.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Develop and implement Poka-Yoke solutions.
Analyze quality data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Participate in new product and process introductions from a quality perspective.
Train employees on quality system requirements and best practices.

Individual contributor role with significant cross-functional leadership responsibilities. Influences and coordinates activities across Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical discipline.


Experience
  • 3-7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Systems, or Manufacturing Quality.
  • Strong experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
  • Experience planning and conducting internal quality audits.
  • Demonstrated success managing CAPA processes.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience creating inspection plans, control plans, and process documentation.
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.

Certifications (Desirable)
  • Qualified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001).
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • ASQ certifications are a plus.


For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
