Position:Quality Inspector Test Specialist Location: Huntsville, AL
Key Responsibilities
Inspect components and assembled parts before and after testing
Read and interpret technical documentation, test instructions, drawings, and technical data packages
Conduct internal AS9100 audits
Write non-conformance reports and lead investigations to determine root cause
Lead or participate in 5S activities
Instruct technicians on proper installation, assembly, and techniques
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 5 years of relevant Quality Inspection experience
Experience in testing and quality inspection
Experience leading operations or teams to complete tasks
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with all levels of management
Proficiency reading and interpreting drawings and test plans
Working knowledge of common test and inspection equipment
IPC certification
Experience in an ISO 9001/AS9100 manufacturing environment
Ability to complete handwritten and computer-generated inspection reports
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
Ability to work full-time with minimal supervision and adjust priorities based on workflow
Willingness to travel to customer sites to perform quality inspections

Clearance Requirement
US Citizen; Currently possessing an Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain/maintain as required.

Previous auditing experience
Knowledge of the FAR and DFAR regulations
Experience with Government contract and SOW interpretation.
