Quality Engineering ManagerLocation: Seminole, Oklahoma
Travel: 25-40%, including customer sites
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of management experience.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience and related compliance standards
- Proven experience managing a team of individuals

Role Overview & ResponsibilitiesThe Quality Engineering Manager will oversee finished product quality and the team responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards before delivery. This role will focus more on developing and maintaining quality management processes, leading the team, and ensuring finished product quality.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing customer quality complaints and ensuring appropriate resolution.
- Overseeing the quality of finished products before they leave the facility.
- Managing some aspects of supplier quality.
- Leading and developing the Quality engineering team.
- Creating and developing quality management/quality control processes to ensure the appropriate quality systems are in place.
- Working alongside other Quality Managers who ensure facility quality controls and procedures are followed.
- Traveling 25-40% of the time to customer sites
