Quality Engineer I to support a global leader in the energy industry. In this role, you'll help ensure products and processes consistently meet high-quality standards while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and resolve complex quality challenges.

What You'll DoAs a Quality Engineer I, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving quality systems that support operational success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and processes.
- Analyze quality issues and perform root cause investigations.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality concerns.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality challenges.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with established quality standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Document quality control activities, findings, and corrective actions.
- Prepare reports and communicate quality performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of quality tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and compliance processes.
- Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Work Environment- Onsite position located in Greenville, SC
- First-shift schedule with standard business hours
- Warehouse/manufacturing environment
- PPE required as appropriate for work area and project assignments
