Quality Control Manager

Location: Grand Forks AFB, ND

The Challenge:

Exp Federal is looking to add a full-time Quality Control Manager to join our team at Grand Forks Air Force Base, ND. Ideal candidates are willing to travel, independent thinkers, self-motivated, communicate proactively, enjoy collaborating within and beyond the project team.

Principle areas of responsibility are:

  • Ensure overall quality of contract deliverables and general contract compliance
  • Provide quality control activities to monitor and record the results of quality assurance, measure quality performance levels and recommend necessary changes (corrective actions) to the overall quality management plan.
  • Analyze and oversee the in-field inspections and repair processes that are taking place and offer suggestions to identify causes of defects or failures that occur during the project.
  • Suggest procedures for defect elimination.
  • Enter and review the results of corrective actions and produce Quality Control reports.
  • Perform Quality Control assessments and audits.


The Skills, Knowledge and Abilities We Seek:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related degree. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Five or more years of quality control experience -related experience preferable with a US Government client or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance.

Salary Base:

This full-time position as a Quality Control Manager has an hourly range of $60.00-$80.00. The actual hourly rate is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
