Your Role:As a Quality Assurance Specialist, Distribution, you will protect product quality as it moves through our warehouse and distribution network. You will serve as one of our site's Good Distribution Practices experts, overseeing receiving, storage, inventory, temperature control, and transportation quality. You will lead investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement, and you will qualify and monitor carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers. You will also lead audits, train distribution teams, and turn quality requirements into practical, everyday controls that keep products safe, traceable, and compliant.
Who You AreMinimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Chemistry or other Life Science discipline
- 5+ years experience in quality assurance, distribution quality, warehousing, transportation, or another controlled supply-chain environment
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience leading deviations, investigations, root-cause analysis, CAPA, or risk assessment
- Experience conducting or supporting audits of warehouses, carriers, suppliers, or third-party logistics providers
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Good Distribution Practices and how they apply to storage, handling, transportation, and traceability
- Experience with temperature mapping, monitoring systems, or transportation and lane qualification studies
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, EU GDP, or other standards relevant to chemical or controlled-product distribution
- Professional certification such as Certified Quality Auditor or Certified Quality Engineer.
Pay Range for this position: $65,100-$97,6000. per year.
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
