Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and familiarity with industry-specific standards.
- Proficiency in using quality tools such as statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to travel 10%-20%.

Preferred Qualifications:- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent professional certification.
- Experience with automated inspection systems and quality software tools (e.g., Minitab, SAP QM).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment such as automotive, aerospace, or medical devices.
- Advanced data analysis skills and familiarity with programming or scripting for quality data automation.
Responsibilities:- Develop, document, and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures tailored to manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze quality data and generate detailed reports to track performance metrics and identify trends for continuous improvement.
- Support supplier quality management by evaluating supplier processes and conducting supplier audits to ensure material quality.
- Train and mentor production staff on quality standards and best practices to foster a culture of quality awareness.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
