Duties: - Analyze business and functional requirements prepared by Business Analysts to identify testable business scenarios and ensure complete test coverage across application workflows.
- Design, document, and obtain approval for comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, and procedures for Readiness to Implement (RTI), Readiness to Migrate (RTM), and Readiness to Deploy (RTD).
- Estimate testing effort and plan testing activities; prepare and manage test data for multiple business scenarios, validating data with Technical Architects and Test Leads prior to execution.
- Execute manual test cases according to the test plan, document test results, identify defects, and log issues in a defect tracking system following established QA best practices.
- Participate in defect triage meetings to review, prioritize, and track defects; perform retesting and regression testing, and continuously update defect status and overall testing progress.
- Conduct regression, negative, and performance testing as defined in the test strategy, and support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure readiness for production deployment.
Minimum Requirements Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Software Engineering/Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Applications/Applied Computer Science. Foreign educational equivalent accepted. Five (5) years of experience as QA Analyst, Test Engineer, QA Manager or related position.

Offered Wage: $112,362 per year plus insurance (medical, dental, and vision), vacation, holidays, sick leave, 401K, extended sick leave and travel allowance.
